Donna-Marie Pierre has been in the decorating business for 38 years in the St. Charles County area. Not only does she own her own business but also is very active in the community. She belongs to the Wentzville Chamber of Commerce, Rotary Club and Downtown Business Association. Donna-Marie’s husband, Art, and his reliable assistant, Jeff Cast, specialize in painting, window replacement, doors, awnings and installing 3M solar films. Windows and the Works is definitely a family business. All of the Pierre children have worked for the company at one time or another. Daughter, Susan-Marie, brings warmth and personal style as Showroom Coordinator and “right arm” to Donna-Marie, whose granddaughter Evelyn, and grandson Justin, will hopefully be starting the third generation in the business.

 

Carol Jones , Lacey Jones and Joyce Mast, with their combined expertise and superlative attention to detail, keep the workroom running smoothly. Then there is Jeffery Cast, who expertly installs blinds and shades. The husband and wife duo treat each client with a special and personal touch to ensure each job is satisfactory. The attention to detail and hands-on approach is a trademark at Windows and the Works. Donna-Marie’s specialty is window treatments, which are made custom in the workroom and pulled from their extensive selection of fabric options on display in the showroom.
