Ginger Foster, President of BUSINESS LEADERS NETWORKING GROUP #1, started the FIRST Leads Group in October 2003 after her employer, KFAV RADIO, moved her sales office to Wentzville. Ginger immediately got involved with the Wentzville Chamber, suggested forming a Networking Group, and … the rest is history! Due to the success Group # 1 has experienced, a second group was formed.

Members of the Wentzville Chamber’s LEADS GROUP #1 recently celebrated their 2nd Anniversary with a FALL PICNIC at Quail Ridge Park in Wentzville, Satuday, September 17, 2005. Members, along with their families, had a wonderful time and got to know each other on a much more personal level. Festivities included a cookout, games, and fellowship.

Both groups are here for each other, to help one another grow and develop our businesses to new unforeseen levels, while generating long term, productive relationship. Being part of a Leads Group is like having dozens of extra salespeople working for you!

After the Wentzville Chamber’s first leads group had been meeting for just over a year, the room was packed at every meeting, the impact that the group was having on participating businesses had spread, and businesses were WAITING AND WAITING for an opening in the group. In late January the second leads group was formed and selected its’ name “Business 2 Business” Leads Group.

Being part of the leads group is a cost-effective way to expand your sales force--without expanding your sales force.
