The Wentzville School District is located in St. Charles County
40 miles west of downtown St. Louis encompassing about 30,000
residents living in parts or all of Wentzville, Lake St. Louis,
Foristell, O’Fallon and Dardenne Prairie, as well as
surrounding rural areas. The District is home to corporate
offices and industries such as General Motors Assembly Center,
MasterCard, and CenturyTel. The Wentzville R-IV School District
serves nearly 10,000 students from a 125-square-mile area
who attend grades kindergarten through 12. The District is
accredited by the Missouri State department of Elementary
and Secondary Education, and Holt High School is fully accredited
by the North Central Association of Colleges and Secondary
Schools. The District’s commitment to quality education
is evidenced by the fact that 50 percent of district instructional
staff hold advanced degrees, and professional development
is constantly emphasized among faculty and staff. The District
continues to provide an excellent educational program and
always looks toward the future, while levying one of the lowest
tax rates in the St. Louis metropolitan area.

Lindenwood University is a dynamic four-year liberal arts
institution dedicated to excellence in higher education. Nestled
amid the beautiful linden trees, the historic 500-acre campus

Midwest Theological Seminary

In 1986 a program for continuing education was begun to
fulfill the Christian education dimension of the above stated
purpose, and Midwest Theological Seminary was founded in June
of 1986. Midwest Theological Seminary trains pastors, evangelists,
missionaries, church music leaders, counselors, and other
church workers for Christian ministries at home and abroad.
Since October 1990, Midwest Theological Seminary
has operated in the State of Missouri as an exempted non-profit
religious degree-granting institution by the Coordinating
Board for Higher Education offering bachelors, Masters and
doctoral degrees.

In 1986, SSM St. Joseph Hospital West was built to serve the
residents in the western portion of St. Charles County. St.
Joseph Hospital West has proven itself a viable part of the
phenomenal growth of the region. The 88-bed hospital has been
recognized as one of the 100 Top Hospitals TM in America,
while experiencing double-digit growth in virtually every
specialty area. St. Joseph Hospital West excels in trauma
and emergency services, otolaryngology (ear, nose and throat),
surgical services, obstetrics, gastroenterology, pediatrics
and more.
Additionally, St. Joseph Hospital West houses
the largest ER in the county, as well as the only inpatient
pediatric unit in the county. The facility is a Pediatric
Center of Excellence for the community, offering specialists
in pediatric cardiology, allergy, immunology, gastroenterology,
neurology and psychology. Partnership with SSM Cardinal Glennon
Children’s Hospital provides comprehensive pediatric
services.

St. Luke's, a 493 bed non-profit hospital located in west
St. Louis County, has been providing comprehensive health
care services to the St. Louis region for 140 years. By providing
