Building & Leading High Performance Teams
You’ve heard that two heads are better than
one and that with the right team you can accomplish
anything; but do you know where to find those
heads and how to lead that team once you get
them? What are your goals, and how do you get
others to buy into them?
Mike Bounds, our featured speaker for the February
general membership meeting has over 15 years
of team building and leading experience. Beginning
in 1992, Mike led both large and small project
teams in software development for Fortune 500
firms such as AT&T and A. G. Edwards. In 2002,
Mike followed his entrepreneurial tendencies,
left his career in Information Technology and
started his own State Farm Insurance agency
from scratch. Since then, Mike's agency team
has been among the fastest growing agencies
in the state and has traveled throughout the
country giving lectures and seminars for other
State Farm Agents and their teams. Mike will
be sharing with us some of the tools that he
has implemented over the years to help make
his teams successful.
The February 17th general membership meeting
